LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: You're on the phone with your girlfriend, she's upset, today anybody can be upset except Taylor Swift's fans. After dropping one massive hit after another, Swift's fans went 'Back to December' and chose 'You Belong with Me' as her best song to date. Swift wrote the song with Liz Rose and produced it with Nathan Chapman. Inspired by a phone call between a male friend of hers and his girlfriend that she overheard, the lyrics are about an insecure protagonist's unrequited love for an out-of-reach interest. It soon became a massive country-pop and power-pop song which brought Swift worldwide recognition.

From the Fearless album, five songs were released as singles, including three US Billboard Hot 100 top-ten entries: 'Love Story,' 'You Belong with Me,' and 'Fearless.' The first two aforementioned songs were successful on both country and pop radio. That is not all, both the music videos also have one of the highest viewerships and are considered to be one of the best love songs that exist.
